Who's Building in Grove Landing?
We have been hearing a lot of questions lately about what is happening in Grove Landing?? Well, I'll tell you what's happening... A lot! Herbert Homes has now started building in the new section of Grove Landing. They recently broke ground and are currently building brand new beautifully built homes from the low $200's to $220's. These homes will be approx 2000 - 2800 sq.ft. and are Energy Cents Homes, with HERS ratings to help keep energy costs low for consumers each and every month they own their home.
